The short version
Tawfeeq Marketing does not use advertising pixels or behavioural profiling on this site. We collect information only when you choose to send a fit check, join the monthly note, email us or begin working with us.
What we collect
A fit check can include your name, business, contact details, answers, preferred reply method and basic referral or campaign information. Newsletter signup stores your email address, consent time and the page or campaign that led to the signup. Client delivery records can also include briefs, approvals, invoices, supplied assets and project communications.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to take the steps you request before a contract, client information to deliver and administer our agreement, and operational records where we have a legitimate interest in running the service safely. The monthly note is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
We do not sell personal information. Approved providers may process only what is needed for hosting, email, accounting, printing or courier delivery. We remain responsible for choosing those providers and limiting what they receive.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed and removed when they are no longer useful for the conversation. Contract, invoice and payment records are kept for the periods required for business and tax records. Newsletter consent and suppression records are retained so we can respect both subscriptions and opt-outs.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. You can also withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Email hello@tawfeeqmarketing.com and we will respond. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
