The preview promise
For a new website or monthly plan, you see your homepage preview within 7 days of our kick-off call. If you don't want to continue at that point, you walk away and pay nothing. After you approve the preview, the project is confirmed and billable.
Payment
The £149 audit is paid before delivery and credited against the first month if you continue. One-off builds are quoted in writing before work starts. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and roll monthly with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is always billed separately by the ad platforms, never through us.
What you own
Everything we make for you is yours once it's paid for: the site, the content, the accounts. No hostage-taking, no proprietary lock-in. If you ever leave, you leave with your assets.
What we need from you
Timely answers, honest information about your business, and access to the accounts the work needs. Delays on those pause our deadlines, not our standards.
Ending a monthly plan
Give 30 days' notice by email. We will keep the work live through the notice period, hand over the assets and access you own, and make any agreed export straightforward. We do not hold your website or content hostage after payment.
